We prepare our dancing through our body awareness, sensitivity, energyflow, grounding and balance.
Then we will work out tangocombinations in open and closed embrace with the focus on organic movement,
musicality and flow.
Contact Tango

We work with basic principals from the contact dance to give a new impulse to tango. We will examin the
use of alternative contact points in our dancing with a partner thus increasing the possibilities for improvising
in our dancing. This will improve freedom, openness and creativity in our personal style of dancing. We will try
dancing in couples, trios and even with the whole group. Welcome to new ways of exploring the tango

styles, concepts... including Contact Improvisation, Release based techniques, Butoh, Queer Tango, Pilates, Tai Chi,
Yoga, Martial Arts, BodyMindCentering, Feldenkrais ...

You can make a deposit of only €200 and pay the rest at your arrival with any of the two options.
There will be an average of 2/3 workshops, and 2 classes each day (except on the saturday) and 2 jam/milonga every
day to choose from (one Queer Tango style and one Contact Improvisation style).
There are 3 dancing spaces in Ponderosa!
